Fort Bragg!

We have taken our oil on the road to Fort Bragg, CA. Their farmer's market is Wednesdays at 3:30 to 6:00 PM. on North Main Street. It's a great market with veggies, fresh greens, flowers, fresh pressed apple cider, coffee, even oysters! Not to mention the lovely harp, fiddle and guitar music provided be gypsy the market manager and her friends.

Farmer's Markets Have Begun!

Susie and Sara have been to the first two farmer's markets of the season at Steele Wines in Kelseyville. So far things have gone well. People like the oil, and even though turnout to the market is always small at first, a few cases have been sold! We're in business! It has also been fun to meet and chat with the market-goers.

We received our Mendocino County Farmer's Market Association membership card today, so soon will be heading to Fort Bragg on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6:00.

Time to Prune

Stan and Christian are out pruning the olive trees today. It has been a season of late frosts, and olive trees need to be pruned after they are no longer in danger of freezing. The weather seems to be turning from winter to summer with no spring in between. It has been unseasonably cold, now all of a sudden it's in the 80's, and it's supposed to get into the 100's by tomorrow.
